Reservation - Cancelation Policy

No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date.

Any cancellations made after this time frame will be subject to the following:
~ 15 to 20 days before confirmed arrival date will be subject to a charge equal to the 50% of the total cost of the stay
~ 7 to 14 days before confirmed arrival date will be subject to a charge equal to the 75% of the total cost of the stay
~ 1 to 6 days before confirmed arrival date will be subject to a charge equal to the 100% of the total cost of the stay

No show or departure prior to the scheduled date, results in a charge of 100% of the total cost of the stay.

For your reservation to be confirmed you will be required to prepay 30% of the total cost of the stay by a bank deposit.
